No!

I always told myself that I wouldn't be one of those parents who is constantly yelling "No!" after my kids.  Once again, I've proven myself wrong, especially as Kera gets more and more mobile.  It's crazy to me how she can have a whole room full of fun toys, but she'd rather sit by the wall and try to pull out the outlet covers.  Or crawl past the toys, around the barriers we try to put up only to go straight to the cat food.  Or pick up the tiny piece of dirt that someone tracked in.  She's gotten crazy fast, and has no fear.  She thinks she can walk, but she can't.  So she pulls herself up, then takes off walking only to fall over.  Every time she acts shocked... which is so cute, but she has so many bruises!  I can barely keep up with her now; I can't imagine what it'll be like when she starts walking for real.
She has also decided that she's done with baby food.  So we're trying to figure out what she'll eat and how much she needs to eat and all of that fun stuff.  So far she's eaten everything we've given her... I don't think we'll have a picky eater!
We had one last Christmas this past weekend.  She did great with the trip, which was a relief, especially after some of the trips we did over Christmas break.  It was good to see family again, as well!
I'm also working on her play room.  For Christmas, I told people that she didn't need toys, because it felt like we had so many.  However, I've realized that she's outgrown/gotten tired of a lot of toys now, even the ones that are supposedly for older kids.  So I'm trying to come up with activities and things to play with that interest her, but don't cost a fortune.  Right now I'm working on making a large magnetic board with some fun learning opportunities.  Any other ideas?
