Countdown

It's so close... Just five more days and we could possibly go home! However, I'm really trying not to get my hopes up. If she has an episode, she'll have to start the countdown over again. If it happens tomorrow or even Monday, I'll be okay with it. It's a huge step for her to go 7 days without an episode, and I really want her to be ready to go home before we take her. However, the nurses have warned us that it does happen fairly often where the baby has an episode the night before going home, or the morning they are supposed to leave, and you have to start over and be there for a whole week longer. So, we just have to focus on each day.
She had a good day today. We gave her a bath, which she always loves. She's been on a schedule of eating every 3 hours, even waking her up to eat. She's having no problems eating or gaining weight, so they are letting her eat more and go longer between feedings. We're up to every four hours now (the longest they'll let her go before waking her), which is great, and hopefully we'll go longer oncet we get home.
We also did some shopping. We found the crib we want, but they were out of stock. No luck on a glider. However we did get an awesome deal (40% off) neosure from a Kmart about to close.
Five more days... Pray that she will have a good five days and that we can go home!!
