Catching Up

I've officially declared today "catch up day.". The last two weeks have been so insanely busy, I feel like I've neglected too many things. So, today is the day I catch up on emails, voicemails, laundry, paying bills, and blogging. And I'll try to fit in catching up on my two summer guilty pleasures-- Big Brother and So You Think You Can Dance.
In all of the craziness of the last two weeks, I feel like I haven't seen Kera much! And I definitely have been bad at taking pictures. She's been doing well, though, and seems to take everything in stride. We had vbs this week, so every night she hung out with me for hours past her bedtime, and didn't fuss much at all.
She LOVES to stand... And she's getting pretty strong and stable. We may skip the sitting and crawling stages and go straight to walking. Not really, but she doesn't seem to care much for sitting. She is finally big enough for her bumbo, so we're trying to put her in there so that she gets used to sitting. And she can get up on her knees or onto her elbows, but not both at the same time.
She has also graduated to the regular stroller! We used to put her in her car seat and the car seat in the stroller, but but this week I tried to put her in the regular stroller and she loved it!!! She could see everything, and was so excited! Not that you can tell from the picture below, but she really was once we started moving!
Another part of the craziness of the past week is that it looks like I may be starting to work from home when Troy goes back to work!! I was planning on going part time, but I wasn't sure how it was all going to work out. We're still trying to work out the details, but I'm really hopeful that it will work out and we'll have no need for babysitters!!!!!
